We have a meeting. Bill, Bob, Alicia, Kyle Greer, and myself go over the duties and chores of what the audition day will entail. We decide Kyle will run the camera, Bill will be an usher of sorts; getting the auditioners in and out of the room and telling them if we want them to read anything else. He’ll also take their picture if they don’t have a headshot. Alicia and I will be at the table writing notes, and Steve Passmore will read with them. We elect him to do this because he’s not at the meeting. Bob can’t stay for the whole day, so he’ll just basically kick around until he has to head out.
Alicia says she can get a friend to greet the people as they come in, have them fill out a form, and hand over and collect the sides. This is good news as we don’t have any more bodies to spare. Bob says he’ll put the 19 sides up on the site for people to download.
Principle photography is scheduled to start at the end of the first week of June.
